Live printing in Las Vegas
that stops traffic
Las Vegas events run like productions: hard call times, overnight load-ins, floors that go from bare concrete to full show in a night. Our on-site event printing works inside that schedule, with DTF, a hat bar, embroidery and screen printing running live at convention booths, ballroom activations and after-hours parties, all hitting their cue.

How it works
Four steps from booking
to fresh prints
Tell us about it
Send the show or venue, the date and a headcount. An itemized quote comes back within 24 hours.
We dial in the art
You approve the designs. Screen art locks about a week out, when we burn screens and order blanks.
We roll in & set up
The truck makes the drive up from La Habra the day before. We build and test before doors.
We print it live
Guests pick a design and a size and walk off wearing it about two minutes later.
Live stations
Ways we print
live in Las Vegas
All five live event printing stations ride up I-15 in one truck. Busy show-floor booths often pair live screen printing in Las Vegas for the hero design with DTF or a hat station for names.
Live Screen Printing
A manual press pulling one bold design. The part of the booth people film.
ExploreLive DTF Printing
Full-color art and names, pressed per guest. Reads well under club lighting.
ExploreLive Hat Bar
Pick a cap, pick a patch, wear it out. Made for pool decks and incentive groups.
ExploreLive Embroidery
Initials and logos stitched on site for lounges and executive gifts.
ExplorePromo & Hard Goods
Totes for the show floor and drinkware for the Vegas heat.

Can't decide which station belongs at your Vegas event? Let the reels call it. Every combination they land on is a setup we actually run. Spin until something clicks, then tell us the combo.

Why live
Merch is forgettable.
Watching it get made isn't.
A bag of swag from the LVCC ends up in a hotel-room trash can. A shirt someone watched get pulled at your booth goes home in the carry-on, because they picked the design and waited for it.
The wait is the point. Two minutes at the press is two minutes your team gets to talk to someone who chose to stop, which is hard to buy on a Las Vegas show floor.

Headwear & one-offs your
guests show off

Headwear with a shelf life
Guests choose the cap, we press the patch or run the stitch, and it's still on their head at the airport Monday.

Finished before the demo ends
Transfers and patches heat-pressed in seconds and handed over warm. This is swag that skips the hotel-room trash can.

Questions
Good to know
Budget $5K to $15K all-in for most Las Vegas dates. Guest count, printing hours and garment choice set where you land, and because the gear drives in from La Habra, travel is a small line. Crew, presses, blanks, setup, teardown and every print go on one itemized quote, sent within 24 hours.
Up to sixty an hour per press. Our standard station is two presses and two printers, so plan on 100+ an hour when the booth is busy. Each guest waits about two minutes from picking a design to wearing it.
A 10×10 ft spot per station and two dedicated 120V circuits. On a show floor, put them on your booth's electrical order like any other equipment. We bring the presses, ink, garments, tables and printers. Exhibit hall, ballroom or pool deck all work, though in a Vegas summer we'll always vote for the air-conditioned room.
Four to six weeks is comfortable, and two weeks is usually workable. The presses drive in from La Habra, so there are no flights to book; the real deadlines are your art and, on a convention floor, the show's power order.
No. Live t-shirt printing is the headliner, but live DTF, a hat bar, on-site embroidery and hard goods like totes and drinkware all come in the same truck. Most Vegas events book a core shirt station and one upgrade, and the crowd splits between them.
Yes. Las Vegas is a one-day drive from our La Habra, CA shop, so the crew and the full rig come in by truck the day before. We handle convention-floor logistics, and travel is one line on the quote. Everything the station needs arrives with us.
Yes. Conventions are a big part of the Las Vegas event calendar. From CES-week floors at the LVCC to the Venetian Expo and Strip ballrooms, we build a live printing booth into your exhibit space. Attendees pick a design, watch it print, and carry your brand through the rest of the show. Send booth size and move-in window and we will fit the station to it.
Everything the station needs to run: operators, presses and printers, garments, setup and strike, and every piece printed during show hours: shirts, hats, totes and more. Corporate activation, sponsor lounge, or private party, it all lands in one itemized quote.
Every scale this city throws at an event crew: the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, and Allegiant Stadium, plus hotel ballrooms, off-Strip venues, and private spaces from Downtown to Summerlin and Henderson. Conventions, corporate events and activations get the same live setup, and so do outdoor shows (see live printing for Las Vegas festivals). Kickoffs and user conferences have their own page: live printing for Las Vegas corporate events.
Convention capital
Booth-ready for the Vegas show calendar
Vegas hosts more of the country's biggest trade shows than anywhere else, and they run nearly every month. CES opens the year at the Las Vegas Convention Center, MAGIC brings the fashion and footwear crowd in February and August, NAB lands in April, and SEMA closes out the fall.
- LVCC, Venetian Expo & Mandalay Bay
- Union labor and an official show contractor in every hall. We handle electrical orders, material handling and whatever the exhibitor kit says about heat presses on the floor.
- Caesars Forum & Strip ballrooms
- Customer dinners, sales kickoffs and after-parties, usually with a tighter footprint and a nicer blank.
- Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena & the Sphere
- Fan-zone and suite activations on game and show nights.
- Las Vegas Festival Grounds
- Multi-day festivals, where a station needs shade, water and its own power plan.
It's about a four-hour drive from our La Habra shop, so Vegas jobs get the whole truck, not a carry-on version of the station. Foot Locker, Gap, Xbox, Riot Games and Sony are all on our client list.
